Calibration of pressure transmitter/differential pressure transmitter: first adjust the damping to zero state, first adjust the zero point, then increase the pressure to full range, so that the output is 20mA, zero and full-scale calibration is normal, Check the middle scales again to see if they are out of tolerance and fine tune them if necessary. Then perform the adjustment of the migration, linearity, and damping.
If there is an error between the measured value and the actual value of the instrument, first of all, it is judged whether the pressure-reducing port and the pressure chamber are clogged and whether the diaphragm has any contaminants. Then judge whether the instrument is damaged (mostly the diaphragm is damaged).
