 Pressure transmitters are generally composed of metal structures and circuits. Some transmitters also have a display section or are used in conjunction with a digital display. The user's maintenance of the transmitter fault is limited to circuit connection inspection, transmitter cleaning, replacement of seals, replacement of outlet terminals, zero point, and range adjustment.
    1. Circuit connection check. According to the specifications of the sensor, refer to the sensor's electrical connection diagram, check the power supply associated with the sensor, and the signal acquisition instrument's circuit to see if there are loose screws, poor contact, or incorrect circuit connections.
    2. The transmitter is clean. In the process of use, the cleanliness of the transmitter is very important, especially the impure measuring medium, debris, sediment, easily cause the pressure channel to be blocked, the medium pressure is not conducive to conduction, if at the outlet end, the cable is exposed to corrosion for a long time Liquids can cause damage to the cable, corrosion of the core and connectors. To clean the transmitter, use a cleaning solvent. Do not use a sharp object to press the pressure hole on the transmitter to avoid irreparable damage to the transmitter.
    3. Seal replacement. Transmitters with copper pads or taper seals generally do not need to replace the seals. In the case of rubber ring type seals (such as: O-rings), after a long period of use, depending on the situation (eg frequent disassembly, high temperature), consider replacing the seals regularly. .
    4. Outlet connector replacement. Outlet terminals are hit by external forces, and when they are twisted, they may be easily deformed or broken, and the degree of tightness of the pins inside the card may be reduced or they may not be connected. According to the situation, the user can send the product back and replace it with our company.
    5. Zero, range adjustment. If the transmitter does not have any medium pressure and the attitude is correct, the actual output value is inconsistent with the zero point value. This can be adjusted by adjusting the zero point potentiometer of the transmitter. The upper limit pressure of the transmitter is added. When the output value of the transmitter is inconsistent with the range value, it can be calibrated by adjusting the transmitter's range potentiometer. This calibration operation requires the user's standard pressure device and high-precision measurement instrument.
    6. Regularly calibrated. For highly accurate transmitters, after a certain period of time (usually 1 year), the transmitter needs to be sent back to the company for calibration, or to the metrology institute for calibration.
