The high-temperature glass paste is used between the ceramic diaphragm and the porcelain ring, and is fired together by a thick film printing and a thermal baking technology to form a peripherally fixed cup-shaped elastic body, that is to say, it is formed in the peripheral part of the ceramic. Creep-free rigid structure. On the top surface of the ceramic diaphragm, ie the bottom of the porcelain cup, the circuit of the sensor is made using the thick film process technology. The circular groove in the lower part of the ceramic cover forms a certain gap between the cover plate and the diaphragm. Limiting can prevent the diaphragm from breaking due to excessive bending when overloaded, and thus form an anti-overload protection for the sensor.
    Unlike silicon-filled oil pressure sensors, ceramic pressure sensors do not transfer liquid. The pressure acts directly on the front surface of the ceramic diaphragm and the surface of the chamber diaphragm, causing a slight deformation of the diaphragm. The thick film resistor is printed on the back of the ceramic diaphragm. Connected to a Wheatstone bridge (closed bridge), due to the piezoresistive effect of the piezoresistors, causes the bridge to produce a highly linear voltage proportional to the pressure, a voltage signal proportional to the excitation voltage, the standard signal according to the pressure range The different calibrations are 2.0, 3.0, 3.3MV, etc. The sensors have high temperature stability and time stability and can be in direct contact with most media.
    Ceramics is a highly elastic, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, shock-resistant, and vibration-resistant material. The thermal stability of the ceramic and its thick film resistance can make its operating temperature range up to -40 °C ~ 135 °C, but also has the measurement of high precision and high stability. Electrical insulation greater than 2KV, strong output signal, good long-term stability. High-performance, low-cost ceramic pressure sensors are highly competitive.
